I am a senior level IT professional with over 29+ years of experience in delivering consultation, Solution implementation, integration for BSS/OSS business/enterprise application. Rich experience in handling and leading different kind of projects including legacy system upgradation, roll out of new setup by sunset of legacy setup, business modernization, Data migration, digitalization with agile and Cloud adoption.

Currently working as Cluster IT Operation Head of UP & UK for Vi India Ltd, handling IT services deliveries and IT systems reliability for all offices of Vi like RO, ZO & Vi Stores in geography of UP & UK.

Prior to this, I was part of the Transition Team and handled IT setup consolidation of Idea and Vodafone and its transition to Vi setup. It was one of the largest IT system consolidation & integration in the Telecom sector.

Worked as IT Operation and Delivery Head for Idea Cellular Ltd of Punjab & JK. During this period, I sunset legacy Spice setup and migrated to Idea Cellular Ltd setup.

Worked as Manager-IT, handled Billing and MIS in HFCL (Connect).

Also handled the IT function of Banking sector in Bank of Punjab (Merged with HDFC). Exposure to Y2k Bug in BSS.

Over and above, I also handled the IT operational BAU.

I am certified ITIL 4 foundation and SRE.
